2. Which areas do you serve?
We serve all Hampton Roads cities, including Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Portsmouth, and Chesapeake. Hampton, Newport News, and Suffolk require an additional $25 travel fee. Don’t see your city listed? Reach out — we may travel for an additional fee.

3. Where should I propose? I need a location.
We’re happy to help you choose the perfect proposal spot. Popular options include beaches, parks, gardens, rooftops, and private spaces. If you don’t already have a location in mind, we can recommend beautiful, romantic, and accessible spots in the Hampton Roads area that pair perfectly with our décor.

4. How far in advance should I book?
For proposals and custom décor, we recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance. Flower walls and picnics can often be booked sooner depending on availability.

5. Do you offer delivery, setup, and breakdown?
Yes — all rentals include professional delivery, setup, and breakdown for a seamless experience. Proposal décor items such as the flower heart and flower wall must be set up exclusively by our staff.

6. Can I customize my proposal décor or picnic setup?
Yes. We can customize your proposal or setup based on our available inventory to match your theme, colors, and vision.

7. What is your rental period?
All rentals are daily rentals and can be booked for up to 12 hours.

8. Is a deposit required?
Yes — a $25 non‑refundable retainer fee is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due at the time of delivery and set up or earlier.

9. What happens if the weather is bad for my outdoor picnic or proposal?
We monitor weather closely and offer rescheduling options or indoor alternatives when possible.

10. Can I rent items without booking a full event setup?
Yes. Flower walls, décor pieces, and select items are available as standalone rentals. However all items must be delivered and set up by Bliss Event Rentals.
