• To help ensure a smooth setup and the best experience, beach proposal packages are currently available only at the following locations:

  • East Beach (Norfolk)

  • Buckroe Beach (Hampton)

  • Fort Monroe Beach (Hampton)

  • If you desire the public oceanfront beach, please note a special permit is required that must be obtained by client through the City of VB.

Please Note: Rose petals are not included for beach setups due to environmental regulations and cleanup requirements. If you would like fresh flower petals, they can be added for an additional Fresh Flower Fee.

Parking Fee Notice

Please note that bookings at downtown locations and the Virginia Beach Oceanfront require an additional $20 parking fee. This fee helps cover paid parking expenses incurred by our setup team and will be added to your final invoice when applicable.
